Workstream / Project Leader

As project leader, I will lead the initiative and be the central glue of this special project. Some of my many duties will include:

• Actively seeking and recruiting hard working, decentralification-loving, passionate members in the international blockchain community that are seeking to join the ShapeShift DAO as a contributing member.
• Developing a repository of content that is well organized, important, and somewhat streamlined for me and my future team to work on with translations (see section below).
• Holding bi-weekly meetings, follow-ups with team members as needed, creating a streamlined process for team members to follow, and providing helpful guidance pulled from past experiences.
• On-boarding the new international team members and doing my due diligence to ensure that they are fully ready to begin work. This may include the development of a mini quiz or evaluation to ensure that they are familiarized with our core principles.
• Holding each team member accountable for their ongoing work in both translation and participation in the international languages section of our Discord.
• Continually adding new content for translation as they come / as needed.
• Finishing the development of the FoxDoc Repo and continuing to make improvements, possibly collaborating with the engineering team when/if needed.

Co-Leader & Visual Media Producer

graymachine will be joining as the co-leader for this workstream. With his proven ability to create visual media that is professional, easy to understand, and engaging, as well as his real world experience as a Content Producer, he would be an excellent addition to kick off the team. As co-leader his duties will include:

• Ensuring that all content is easily consumable and understandable by the mainstream
• Creating animation and video content as needed, at a minimum of 4 per month
• Helping with the initial recruitment of language leaders through visual, engaging short animations
• Filling in for the Team Leader when necessary.

Term Limits

Every member of the team, starting from the leader down to the language leaders, will have a term-limit of 4 months.

• Term Limit - 4 months after initiation date
• Evaluation and review of the workstream leaders as well as the workstream itself every four months.
